An exclusive lunch event hosted by Suzie Lee in the 'Four Seasons Suite' at the Galgorm. The lunch menu, designed by Suzie, will feature some of her sumptuous recipes from her new cookbook "Simply Chinese".
The Lunch
While guests enjoy their food, Suzie will be doing a Live cookalong in front of guests showcasing the methods and ingredients used to create these exciting recipes. Guests will be able to enjoy the opportunity to meet and greet with Suzie in a drinks reception before the main lunch event commences and there will be plenty of time for some in-depth Q&A throughout the event.
